Coralie advises and assists stakeholders facing insolvency situation or crisis (managers, shareholders, debtors in difficulty, creditors, etc.) both in the context of amicable proceedings (ad hoc mandate, conciliation) or court-supervised proceedings (safeguard, recovery, judicial liquidation).She also regularly advises candidates for the takeover of companies in restructuring proceedings.
Coralie intervenes as well in the context of litigation resulting from collective procedures or related to restructuring operations, as well as in the context of commercial disputes.
Before joining Stephenson Harwood, Coralie worked for well-known French and German law firms. She holds a Master’s II degree in Insolvency law of the University of Paris 1 Panthéon Sorbonne and a Master’s II degree in Corporate Restructuring of the University of Bordeaux.
