Advised Eurofins Product Testing LUX Holding Sarl on its US$150 million acquisition of Modern Testing Services Group which operates in 13 different jurisdictions.

Advised Fullshare Holdings Limited (607) on its HK$126 million acquisition of two SFC licensed corporations and a licensed money lender in Hong Kong.

Advised an ASX-listed company, IPH Limited on its first international acquisition of HK$162 million of the IP group, Ella Cheong Hong Kong & Beijing and the rebranding as Spruson & Ferguson.

Advised Securitas on its HK$43 million acquisition of the technology and installations companies Johnson & Thompson in Hong Kong.

Advised on the €8 million strategic investment into the UK luxurious lingerie brand, Myla.

Advised on various investment projects in the global hospitality industry through structured arrangements such as convertible debt and profit-sharing agreements.  

Advised a British private equity fund on the sale of its €15 million interest in Zircosil, which is one of the world’s leading manufacturer of processed zircon products.

Advised POLY GCL Petroleum Group Limited on the structuring, development and financing of the US$200 million oil and gas project in the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia.

Advised German private equity firm Aurelius Group on the acquisition of Scholl’s international footwear division from Reckitt Benckiser Group plc.

Acted for the shareholder of a leading global manufacturer of clinically-supported ingredients for dietary supplement, on its restructuring and sale of majority stake to a Japanese fund via a leveraged buyout.

Advised China Cinda Asset Management Limited on the establish of a joint venture with a leading aircraft leasing company involving the acquisition and management of a portfolio of aircraft with a portfolio size up to US$5 billion.

Acting for an SGX listed commodity trader in establishing a Hong Kong incorporated joint venture shipping company with an Indian counterparty for supply of coal to India.

Advising a leading global trading company in the establishment of a joint venture to trade selected financial instruments in Hong Kong and China.

Advising on the establishment of a joint venture between French and Korean container shipping companies.

Advised a Hong Kong investment company on the establishment and operation of a HK$30 million Cayman Islands fund for movie investment.

Advised Alibaba on (1) the operation of its online travel platform, Fliggy and (2) various group procurement projects.

Advised Lloyds Bank on all commercial, corporate and regulatory aspects of the wind-down of their banking business in Hong Kong, Singapore and Malaysia.
