Chris is an associate in our Singapore corporate team specialising in private company acquisitions, and commercial contracts with a particular focus on the TMT sector. He is qualified in England and Wales and is a registered foreign lawyer in Singapore.

Chris joined the team in 2023 and has practised in both England and Singapore. He has experience of deals across the entire APAC region with a focus on TMT, private equity, and digital infrastructure sectors.

Chris graduated with a first-class degree in History and War Studies from Kings College London, and a bachelor of laws from BPP University. In his spare time, Chris is an officer in the Royal Air Force Reserves.
