Cherilyn has handled various disputes relating to vessel related matters such as charter hire and freight, bulk cargo claims, cargo damage/ loss of container claims, off-specification vessel parts, vessel arrests and bunker claims, amongst others, on behalf of P&I Clubs, vessel owners, charterers, traders and container lines.

She has also been involved in commercial proceedings, such as dealing with moratorium applications, cross border disputes, conflict of law issues (including successfully defending against a forum non conveniens application) amongst others.
