Charlotte has experience acting for employers, contractors and train operating companies in the commercial, industrial and transport sectors.

Charlotte has acted in relation to a wide range of projects - including high-rise commercial buildings, rail infrastructure, residential developments, heritage buildings, and hotels.  She has experience of various dispute resolution procedures, with a particular focus on arbitration and adjudication.

Prior to moving to the UK, Charlotte worked in a general commercial disputes team in Australia (where she qualified).
