Charlotte has extensive experience working on a wide range of cross-border finance, leasing and acquisition transactions in the aviation sector. Charlotte regularly acts for financiers, lessors and operators. Her experience includes commercial and ECA-backed financings, sale leasebacks, operating leases, commercial aircraft trading, asset securitisation and JOLCO transactions and Charlotte has previously worked on several award winning transactions. Charlotte also has experience of business jet financing and acquisition.

Prior to joining Stephenson Harwood, Charlotte worked in London, Paris and most recently, Singapore where she worked at an operating lessor, gaining valuable industry experience.
