An associate in the Paris corporate team, Boubacar advises clients in corporate law and in private equity transactions.

Boubacar intervenes on corporate law issues, particularly on private equity and mergers and acquisitions transactions, on behalf of French and foreign companies, listed or non-listed (or their shareholders, managers or investors). He provides assistance on development and venture capital, build up and corporate reorganizations. He also advises clients on corporate issues in the course of their everyday business, and has experience in stock exchange law.

Boubacar worked for a well-known French business law firm before joining Stephenson Harwood.

He holds a Master’s II degree in Business and Economic Law and a Magistère in Economic Activities Law from the University of Paris I, Panthéon-Sorbonne.

Boubacar is fluent in French and English and is a member of the Paris Bar.
