Bobbie is an associate in our commercial, technology and data protection team with a focus on the life sciences and biotech industry.

Bobbie has worked closely with a number of the department's strategic clients and has also been instrumental in leading large scale data protection projects. Bobbie advises on a variety of contracts and issues including product distribution agreements, clinical and commercial manufacturing and supply agreements, and research and development agreements. She has also been on secondment at three life sciences companies.

Drafting and negotiating a complex international agreement with a global contract research organisation for a pharma tech company to ensure the balance between the furtherance of innovative research vs. the protection of clinical trial patient data and compliance with the complex regulatory landscape.

Advising Trenitalia c2c Limited  on various matters including advising on its rights and options under a long-term agreement with a provider of portable ticket issuing machines including advice on practical negotiations and drafting formal correspondence; advising on the implications of Brexit on international transfers of personal data to/from the UK and the corresponding amendments required to various template documents; and advising on the data protection issues arising under its drugs and alcohol screening policy.
