He has also advised various group of ship owning companies in financing, re-financing and restructuring matters as well as he has advised in sale and purchase of new-building as well as secondhanded vessels and yachts. He has also provided legal support on ship arrest process and has advised entities in various jurisdictions in connection with their formation, restructuring and re-domiciliation procedures. Armandos has also advised in yacht's taxation and VAT aspects of the transactions.

Armandos is a dual qualified lawyer entitled to practice both in Greece and England & Wales. He is also registered as an EU legal professional in Malta and therefore, he also advises on Maltese law.

He is also a member of the Malta Maritime Law Association.
