Anna is a banking and finance associate specialising in international trade finance and commercial banking. She regularly advises financial institutions on the drafting of various trade documentation and general commercial banking matters.

She has considerable experience in trade finance disputes relating to letters of credit and court injunctions and has assisted major local and overseas banks in managing court proceedings in Hong Kong, the PRC and other jurisdictions. She also advises on foreign exchange transactions and treasury facilities and assists banks in the relevant termination and enforcement actions.  

Anna has also handled a number of aircraft financing and leasing transactions and advised financial institutions, operating and finance lessors, aircraft owners, airlines and business jet managers in transactions involving airlines based in China, Indonesia, Singapore, Nepal, Cambodia, Malaysia, Russia and the UAE.

She is an accredited general mediator of Hong Kong Mediation Accreditation Association Limited.
