Alvina is part of our corporate and private wealth team in Hong Kong. Her practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, regulatory and compliance matters of listed companies, general corporate matters, and trusts and tax matters.

Alvina's experience includes advising corporate entities on mergers and acquisitions. She regularly advises listed companies on compliance and general corporate matters.

Alvina also has experience in advising clients on Hong Kong tax, Common Reporting Standards (CRS) and trusts matters. She often advises trustees, high-net worth individuals and entities on their obligations under the CRS and Hong Kong profits tax issues.

She obtained her Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and Postgraduate Certificate in Laws (PCLL) from the Chinese University of Hong Kong and her Master of Laws (LLM) specialising in Corporate Law from New York University School of Law.

She joined Stephenson Harwood as a trainee in 2019. She was admitted to the New York bar in 2020 and as a solicitor in Hong Kong in 2022.
