Acting for a high net worth individual against a global international bank in a mis- selling claim

Acted for a global bank in a massive cross border trade credit fraud of over US$89 million, taking out Mareva injunctions, disclosure and tracing orders and proprietary claims against multiple defendants and appointment of provisional liquidators.

Acted for one of the defendants in a massive cross border matter in which an entity of a global lense manufactuer was defrauded a sum of over US$ 120 million

Acted for a major bank in its capacity as the trustee of the shares of minority shareholders in a shareholders’ dispute.
