Alberto is an associate in our private equity team specialising in fund formation and secondaries transactions.

Alberto has experience in advising both general partners and investors on the structuring, formation and ongoing operation of alternative investment funds.

Alberto has also experience in the private funds secondary market, in particular GP-led secondaries transaction.

Prior to join Stephenson Harwood, Alberto also gained experience in regulation of alternative investment funds and in the establishment and operation of downstream and upstream investment vehicles.

Advised capiton AG, Berlin, in a GP-led secondary transaction involving the sale of the portfolio companies AEMtec and Raith, from capiton's fifth fund to a newly established continuation vehicle capiton Quantum.

Five Arrows

Advised Five Arrows, part of the Rothschild & Co. Group, in relation to their role as syndicate buyer in a GP-led transaction concerning Norvestor SPV II SCSp.

Kline Hill Partners

Advised Kline Hill Partners in relation to their investments in a secondary transaction concerning the acquisition of fund interests in Presidio Continuation Fund L.P., a newly established continuation vehicle controlling ElevATE Semiconductor Inc.
