Alan has advised on a number of investment fund launches and secondary issues as well as post-launch events such as restructurings, acquisitions and rollovers. He has experience of working with both UK investment companies and offshore vehicles across a variety of asset classes, including equities, real estate and alternative finance. Alan also acts for clients on a range of general corporate and regulatory matters.
