Adam has experience advising on all aspects of private client work; however, his primary focus is providing international tax advice to high and ultra-high net worth individuals and their families.

Adam trained at a mid-size City firm. He undertook seats in real estate (investment, landlord and tenant), immigration, media litigation and private client, where he qualified in September 2019.

After qualification, he built on this experience to provide advice to a range of clients in the private wealth sector, including high-net worth individuals and offshore trust companies. He also advised on charitable matters, assisting individuals set up charities and providing advice to charity trustees.

Adam is a student member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation, and is working towards his CTA qualification.

Advising executors/administrators of complex and intestate estates with assets in multiple jurisdictions on varied aspects of probate and estate administration.

Estate structuring

Advising on tax efficient dynastic planning, including the use of wills, trusts, lifetime gifts and asset protection measures.

Residence and domicile

Advising individuals on residency and domicile issues, including the application of the statutory residence test and structuring options available for family assets held personally and through family trusts.

Family investment companies

Advising individuals on planning options using new family investment companies, including taxation issues.
