Adam’s advisory work includes providing pragmatic advice on disciplinary and grievance matters, senior appointments and severance, family friendly queries and redundancy issues. Adam also advises on the employment aspect of corporate transactions, including advising on employment contracts and policies, internal procedures, TUPE related issues and disputes and negotiated exits.
Adam advises on the employment aspects of business critical projects such as reorganisations, outsourcings, mergers and acquisitions. Adam advises across a wide range of industry sectors, including the financial services and technology sectors, and a wide range of employers from start-ups to multinationals and public sector bodies.
Adam also provides training to clients and lawyers and has contributed articles to various publications.
