The Legal 500 UK (2013) praised us for our "proactive approach to deals" and we apply this philosophy across all international, structuring and tax advisory work we do. We cover the full range from business and company sales and restructurings, through to real estate and financing transactions, funds, private wealth and tax disputes. We work closely with our clients to achieve their goals, identifying the issues upfront, explaining tax risks clearly and finding solutions to push the deal through.

We offer market-leading experts in a number of fields, including:

  • M&A and corporate reconstructions
  • cross-border tax planning and VAT
  • shipping, tonnage tax, rail and aviation
  • asset finance and tax leasing
  • funds, partnerships and investment managers
  • real estate
  • tax disputes
  • personal tax and private wealth
  • employment tax and share schemes.

We are a very international tax practice and are used to coordinating tax advice in multiple jurisdictions.

"The tax team is absolutely top-notch. They are practical, knowledgeable and creative."
