Our project finance lawyers - part of the firm's multi-disciplinary projects team - are accomplished in structuring, documenting and negotiating international and national project financings and bring a wide range of experience developed across Africa, Asia, Europe and the Middle East.

We work closely with sponsors, lenders and the public sector which means that our advice is realistic, practical, commercial and above all, based upon experience of having addressed many of the issues before.

We work across a wide range of active areas for projects including transportation, energy and accommodation-based projects.   We are also well-known for our experience of private finance initiatives (PFI) and public private partnerships (PPP).
