Our social and affordable housing group is led by one of UK's leading housing finance lawyers.  We have a solid and successful background in this sector. 

Our cross-disciplinary team includes specialists in construction, environmental law, finance, projects and real estate.  We advise on lending and security, developments, construction finance, project finance as well as the acquisition of real estate portfolios and affordable housing fund vehicles.

We act for clients across the public and private sectors, working from a strong real estate base and a strong finance reputation.  We are on the legal panels for 30 lenders; other key clients include the London Development Agency and the Olympic Delivery Authority.
