Our international finance group acts for many of the world's leading banks and borrowers.  Our finance lawyers are based in Hong Kong, London, Paris, Piraeus and Singapore – all key centres for transportation and energy finance, in which areas we excel.  Our London team has been described as “one of the biggest asset finance teams in the City” (Chambers UK 2009).

Our banking and finance litigation team are highly rated in the UK legal directories.   The team have handled many of the largest and most complex cases – and are often first choice for conflicts work from both Magic Circle and US firms.  The team is a past winner of the Legal Business award for dispute resolution team of the year.

We have an award-winning financial services regulation team who advise both on compliance and general regulatory issues, and in the context of an investigation or prosecution.  Our specialists won the ‘best lawyer’ award in both the contentious and non-contentious categories in the Compliance Register 2008 awards.
