I look forward to adding my experience in property development and investment to grow the group's business further." Commenting on the new joiner, Marcel Haniff, head of real estate at Stephenson Harwood, said: "The real estate market is beginning to pick up and all key indicators suggest steady capital growth and increased deal flow over the next few years.
