SH Singapore converts to LLP
Stephenson Harwood Singapore has converted to a Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) on 1 May 2013. The new LLP will be called Stephenson Harwood LLP.

SH enters into an association with Myanmar law firm
Stephenson Harwood has entered into an association with Myanmar law firm U Tin Yu & Associates, creating one of the first links between an international and a local firm in the country. The association will extend the reach of both firms, strengthening their position at a time when economic changes mean that the Myanmar market is opening up to foreign investment.

Tammy Samuel has joined the rail team at international law firm Stephenson Harwood LLP. Tammy joins from Dentons, where she was a partner in the rail group. Prior to this, she was a senior associate at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer.
