Charlotte is a partner and head of the financial services and regulation group. She specialises in advising financial institutions on regulatory and commercial matters.

Earlier in her career, she was Director of Legal for the Threadneedle group and worked in the Enforcement Department at IMRO. Together, these give her practical and commercial insight into clients' issues.
