Paris office expands with finance and tax team hires
Two new partners Alain Gautron and Stéphane Salou, and two associates Serge Rastorgoueff and Linda Bessa, will be joining the firm's Paris office from Norton Rose. Both Alain Gautron and Stéphane Salou are market leaders in their respective sectors of asset finance and tax and will strengthen the office's key expertise in this area.

Competition clearance given for Shell's Greek retail business acquisition
Stephenson Harwood has advised Motor Oil Hellas (MOH) on the completion of its €245 million acquisition of Shell's downstream business in Greece. The deal, which has now received competition authority clearance, involved the acquisition of Shell Hellas A.E., the Greek arm of Shell International and operator of some 700 petrol stations in Greece.
