Stephen is a corporate associate experienced in capital markets, public and private M&A, joint ventures and other corporate transactions.

He has advised a range of clients from start-ups to major banking groups.  He acts for a significant number of clients with operations in the Asia-Pacific region.

IPOs

Stephen has acted on over a dozen public issues for issuers and investment banks on the London Stock Exchange Main Market and AIM, and Plus with a particular focus on issuers from the Asia-Pacific region.

Corporate insurance

Stephen has advised a major multinational insurance group on an international portfolio transfer and innovative cross-border merger.

In 2009 he completed a six month client secondment with a leading international insurance broker.

M&A and takeovers

Stephen has acted on a number of public takeovers and private acquisitions.  His recent experience includes acting for an AIM company on a recommended bid from a US bidder and several private acquisitions in the manufacturing and aerospace sectors.
