Rebecca has extensive experience of real estate development and redevelopment projects.
Rebecca has represented developers of first class retail and commercial complex in block tenancies. She has advised landlords and tenants in shops, residential, commercial or industrial lease negotiations.
She acted for developers in block acquisitions, development and disposition of land, shops and residential premises. She advised on deed of mutual covenants drafting and government lease restrictions and conditions modifications.
Corporate finance
Rebecca participated in hotel and commercial complex joint venture transactions.
She had also advised on AIM admission and admission via a reverse takeover of Asian real estate holding companies.
Real estate finance
Rebecca has acted for both local and overseas banks and financial institutions on property financing and refinancing, loan and security documentation and staff lending. Banking clients for whom she has acted include HSBC, Standard Chartered, Lloyds TSB and The Bank of New York Mellon.
Private capital
Rebecca is experienced in estate planning and assets management of high net worth individuals including establishment, restructuring and dissolution of private discretionary trusts and unit trusts.
