Pinelopi has significant experience in ship finance transactions, both ship-secured and unsecured loan financing, involving a number of jurisdictions worldwide.  She advises on innovative financing transactions and on structured finance for shipping companies.  Her clients include a range of leading international banks and shipping companies.

Pinelopi is qualified in both England and Greece.

Pinelopi is well experienced in advising shipowners in purchase & sale of vessels and the negotiation of shipping related contracts and refund guarantees.

Aviation finance

Pinelopi also acts for banks on aviation financings. She recently acted for a bank on an aviation finance transaction where a Greek company acquired an aircraft, registered it under a Greek flag and thereafter the facility was refinanced by another branch of the same bank for taxation reasons.

Greek law

Pinelopi is experienced at advising a widespread number of clients on Greek law issues, including shipping finance, shipping litigation, commercial litigation, corporate law, real estate and employment.

Ship finance

Pinelopi has an extensive experience in all types of ship finance, including pre- and post- delivery financing of newbuildings, financing of second hand vessels under MOAs of all types of ships, refinancings and restructurings.
