Nigel Sharman is a litigation associate, with a broad range of commercial litigation experience and specialising in aviation and intellectual property matters.

He is currently acting for airline lessee clients in a $10 million dispute concerning alleged late redelivery of an aircraft and recently obtained a court order to enable repossession of an aircraft flown to central Europe without permission on behalf of aircraft lessor clients.

He is also acting in a dispute concerning supposed copyright infringement on behalf of a major oil and gas exploration company and successfully defended clients accused of infringing a luxury premium car marque.

Nigel is a former television producer and journalist at the BBC and has served as a director of both the Royal Television Society and the Media Society.
