PeopleMine Taylor

Mine is a senior associate in the finance team specialising in aviation finance and leasing, advising banks, lessors and manufacturers.

She has extensive experience in a wide range of asset based financings and has advised both lenders and borrowers on asset based lending transactions as well as banks, lessors and lessees on tax and non-tax based finance and cross-border operating lease transactions in the aviation, shipping and film finance sectors.

As well as being qualified as a solicitor in England & Wales, she is a qualified attorney in Turkish law with an MA degree in EU law from the University of Reading.  Mine is ranked as a leading individual by Chambers UK 2009.

Aircraft finance and leasing

Mine's experience spans a large number of aviation finance and leasing transactions including operating leasing, engine leasing and corporate jets.

She has advised on structuring, drafting and negotiating finance and operating leases, sale and purchase contracts for aircraft, airframe and engines, lease novations, restructurings and aircraft repossessions.

Chambers UK 2009 ranked her as a leading individual and an "associate to watch" in its asset finance category.

Shipping finance and leasing

Mine has experience in shipping finance and leasing, having recently acted for KfW Bank in connection with €485 million financing of a passenger cruise vessel; and for GATX Corporation relating to a senior secured post-delivery credit facility of US$144 million.
