Michelle is an associate in the Shipping litigation and arbitration team.

Her practice involves acting for ship owners, P & I clubs, cargo interests and charterers in various contentious shipping matters, including charterparty and bill of lading disputes, conversion of cargo, breach of MOA and marine insurance. She has also worked on wet shipping matters including collisions and accidents onboard vessels.

In addition, Michelle has handled general commercial litigation cases involving cross-border corporate conspiracy and fraud, and advised on various corporate agreements.

She has been called to the Singapore bar and admitted as a solicitor in the UK. She has appeared as counsel in the Singapore High Court.
