Michelle is a native English speaker and fluent in French.

Aircraft finance and leasing 

Michelle has experience of working on transactions for banks, leasing companies and airlines in connection with the financing of aircraft (both commercial aircraft and business jets) and engines under a variety of structures.

Shipping finance and leasing 

Michelle has assisted on numerous transactions acting for various international banks in connection with asset-backed financing of ships and offshore units.
