Maryanna has advised in relation to North Sea field transfers and decommissioning, financing of an LNG terminal, and wind power.

She advised on the sale of the National Grid gas distribution networks.

Funds and financial services

She has also advised a wide range of funds: retail and offshore covering a wide range of asset classes and investment strategies and on a range of tax structures for banks including regulatory capital, repos and stockloans.

M&A and takeovers

Maryanna has extensive experience of advising on the tax aspects of all forms of corporate transactions including M&A, takeovers, reorganisations and restructurings and private equity situations.

Tax litigation

Maryanna advises on all aspects of tax litigation from VAT and investment trusts through tax covenant claims to claims involving complex structured tax schemes.
