Guijun is a senior manager specialisng in shipping, insurance, international trade and letter of credit related dispute resolution, in particular bills of lading, charterparties, collisions, salvage, oil pollution, cargo claims, disputes under marine insurance policies and letter of credit disputes. He acts for banks, shipowners, managers and operators, charterers, P&I insurers and hull underwriters, particularly those in the PRC.
