David is a finance partner who acts on structured finance transactions, both domestic and cross-border for lenders and borrowers.

He has particular experience in structured trade and invoice discounting transactions as well as insolvency and restructuring experience.  Recently, he has worked on a wide range for borrowers, senior debt providers and mezzanine financiers in a range of contexts.

David's finance experience includes financing a range of assets including project financings for hotel developments, secured corporate lending for acquisitions and working capital, as well as structuring security packages and inter-creditor arrangements for multi-tiered lending.
