Antonis is a finance associate specialising in advising banks and borrowers on ship and aviation financings as well as on matters that require the involvement of a Greek law expert.

He has extensive experience of advising leading shipowning companies, banks and financial institutions on a variety of shipping related transactions

He also advises banks and aircraft owners on aspects of aviation financing relating to commercial aircraft and corporate jets.

Antonis is experienced at advising on a range of matters relating to Greek shipping and corporate law.

Antonis is also involved in the communications, publications and marketing sector of the Piraeus office.

Antonis specialises in advising a wide range of private and public sector clients including project sponsors, funders, contractors and FM providers on infrastructure and PPP projects.

Antonis is experienced at advising a widespread number of clients on Greek law issues, including shipping finance, shipping litigation, commercial litigation, corporate law, real estate and employment.

Ship finance

Antonis has extensive experience in all types of ship finance, including pre- and post-delivery financing of newbuildings, financing of second hand vessels under MOAs of all types of ships, refinancings and restructurings.

Aviation finance

Antonis has experience in aviation finance and sale and purchase of commercial aircrafts and corporate jets.  He is also experienced in registration of aircrafts under the Greek flag and Greek mortgages.

Shipowners work

Antonis is experienced at advising shipowners in relation to negotiating sale and purchase documents for vessels, shipbuilding contracts, MOAs and refund guarantees.
