Anita is an associate in the firm's environment and planning groups.

She has experience in advising a wide range of clients on various planning matters, including objections to planning applications, appealing planning enforcement action, negotiating deeds of planning obligations and highways agreements. She recently advised EDF Energy on various planning issues in relation to the London Olympics.

Anita also has experience in advising on a  range of environmental issues, including contaminated land, drought orders, water abstraction and waste.  She is a member of the United Kingdom Environmental Law Association and has also contributed to an international comparative legal review on the use and effectiveness of different types of environmental sanctions for the Irish Environmental Protection Agency.
