M&A and takeovers
Tom has advised full market and AIM clients on takeover offers, schemes of arrangement and other transactions governed by the Takeover Code. In addition, Tom has advised on general mergers and acquisitions.
IPOs and capital markets
Tom has advised issuers and sponsors on flotations on the main list and AIM, including multi-jurisdictional flotations. He also has experience in secondary fundraisings and has advised in relation to rights issues, open offers, bonus issues and placements.
