Sarah is an associate in the employment team. Like all members of the employment team, she advises on all aspects of employment law.
Sarah has a wide range of experience in contentious and non-contentious employment law issues. She has carried out the project management of advice on redundancy, TUPE, changes to terms and conditions of employment and other cost-saving measures across large numbers of jurisdictions. She has advised on corporate transactions and outsourcing at international and domestic level for both private and public bodies, and acted on a wide range of employment tribunal litigation including discrimination on the grounds of sex, age, disability, race and religion and belief. Sarah also gives day to day and strategic advice on executive terminations, managing absence and performance and on the enforceability of post termination restrictions.
Sarah provides in-house training for clients. She has recently delivered training on maternity, paternity, and adoption rights and handling flexible working requests.
