Neil has over thirty years experience in debt finance.
Neil acts for a range of lenders, borrowers and intermediaries in relation to finance transactions, is a regular speaker on banking matters and has published various articles on legal aspects of secured lending, including a series of papers comparing the English law regime with that of Germany, France, Holland, Spain and Italy.
