International law firm Stephenson Harwood LLP today announces the appointment of Anthony Clare as a partner in its corporate practice. Anthony joins Stephenson Harwood today, from Ashurst where he has been a corporate partner since 2002.
Anthony has wide-ranging experience in M&A and corporate finance. His experience in both public and private corporate finance includes IPOs, equity issues, acquisitions and disposals. His client base includes both corporates and investment banks.
The corporate team at Stephenson Harwood is headed by partner Andrew Edge, who trained and qualified alongside Anthony. Their careers have followed complementary paths, with both practising a broad spectrum of corporate law while establishing market recognition in the life sciences sector. Rated in Chambers, Legal 500 and as a corporate 'star' in LMG Life Sciences, Anthony also serves as the Vice Chair of The Babraham Institute, Cambridge, one of Europe's leading bioscience research institutions.
