International law firm Stephenson Harwood LLP today announces the appointment of two new partners in its commercial litigation practice. Jenny McKeown and Helena Berman join Stephenson Harwood from boutique private wealth firm Maurice Turnor Gardner (MTG), and will focus on pensions and trusts litigation. They join the firm on Tuesday 3 May.
Partner Jenny McKeown has significant expertise in the contentious trusts arena, and is widely recognised for her experience in complex, high value, trust disputes in the pensions, banking, financial services and private wealth sectors (both on shore and offshore). She acts for corporates, trustees, financial services firms, financial institutions, insurers and private individuals.
With over 20 years’ experience in complex high value pensions and contentious trust disputes, partner Helena Berman is recognised as a leading industry figure. She is regularly called upon by clients and peers for opinion on some of the most complex contentious issues. Helena acts for corporates, trustees, financial services firms, financial institutions, insurers and private individuals.
Jenny and Helena will be joined at Stephenson Harwood by three associates from MTG: Kasia Sikora-Sikorski, Dan Saunders and Peter Gillis.
