Law firm Stephenson Harwood LLP announced today that Sharon White will extend her existing term as chief executive officer for a further two years expiring on 30 September 2019.
Separately, Roland Foord has been re-elected as senior partner. Foord will begin his second term, of three years, on 1 May 2017.
"This is an exciting time for Stephenson Harwood," said White. "I'm looking forward to continuing to build our already successful firm, making it stronger and better positioned to meet the challenges of an increasingly competitive market. We have set out our vision for the next five years and we are focused on strengthening our capabilities, attracting and retaining the best people, and building stronger client relationships."
White, a corporate lawyer with almost 30 years of experience at Stephenson Harwood, was appointed to her first term as chief executive officer in 2009. Foord, who qualified at Stephenson Harwood in 1985, was elected senior partner for his first term in 2012.
