Bribery Act enforcement: walking quietly, with a big stick

The Serious Fraud Office (SFO) may be walking quietly in respect of Bribery Act enforcement, but with regard to the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002 (POCA), they carry a big stick. Tony Woodcock and Alan Ward predict that POCA will play an equal or greater role than the Bribery Act in SFO corruption investigations going forwards.
