Corporate criminal liability – extension in question

In a speech on 2 September 2013, Director of the Serious Fraud Office David Green indicated that he wanted to see a change in the law to facilitate more prosecutions of corporate entities. Tony Woodcock and Alan Ward of Stephenson Harwood argue that wider corporate criminal liability is neither desirable as a matter of enforcement policy, nor necessary as a matter of law.
