Patrick intervient auprès de groupes industriels et de services, de sociétés de gestion et de leurs véhicules d’investissement, de dirigeants et managers de sociétés sous LBO, cotées ou non.

Il possède une grande expérience en matière de fusions-acquisitions, de cessions dans le cadre d’opérations nationales et transfrontalières et accompagne également les sociétés françaises et étrangères dans leur développement. Patrick intervient sur tous les aspects corporate d’opérations de fusions-acquisitions et de capital investissement ainsi qu’auprès des fonds d’investissement.

Patrick accompagne les clients à tous les stades de leurs investissements et de leurs desinvestissement. Il intervient dans le cadre de financements en fonds propres, d’opérations de leveraged buy-outs (LBO) et de leveraged management buy-outs (LMBO), de refinancements, de restructurations, de fusions, de cessions de titres ou d’actifs, de plans d’intéressement pour les cadres et salariés dans le cadre d’opérations impliquant des fonds d’investissement. Patrick intervient aussi en matière d’opérations de croissance externe post-acquisitions.

Patrick agit également lors de la formation de fonds d'investissement, de private equity et de dette (FIPS, FPS, SLP, LP anglosaxon) et conseille également les investisseurs.

Patrick est bilingue français-anglais. Il est inscrit aux barreaux de Paris et Quebec (Canada).

Siaci Saint-Honoré

Advised the management on the buyout by Charterhouse Capital Partners of SIACI Saint-Honoré, a leading insurance brokerage in France.

GDE Ecore

Advised the management on a new management package following a High Yield refinancing, after having previously advised the management in the context of the acquisition by HIG Capital of a significant stake in Ecore Group.

AD Education

Advising the majority shareholder and the management on the leveraged buyout acquisition of the AD Education group in which investment funds managed by Cathay Capital Private Equity and Bpifrance Investment became minority shareholders.

Rocamat

Advised an investment fund on the acquisition of the leading French specialist in the extraction and transformation of natural stone for the construction industry.

Gras Savoye

Advised the top management of leading French broker, Gras Savoye, with regard to its investment and the sale of its shareholding to Willis Europe.

Jardiland

Advised the new management in relation to its investment in Jardiland, leading French distributor of garden and pet animal products.

Concrete specialist

Advised the management of the leading European industrial group specialising in design and the manufacture of pre-case concrete products, on the group's financial restructuration and the negotiation of a new management package.

Les Petits Chaperons Rouges

Advised the founder of LCPR Group (les Petits Chaperons Rouges), pioneer in employer-sponsored nurseries and the number 2 private operator in the French nursery market, on the sale of his shareholding to Eurazeo, BPIfrance and the LCPR's CEO.

Coriance

Advised the management of Coriance Group, French operator of a portfolio of 29 regulated district heating concessions and provider of energy services in France, with regard to its acquisition by First State Investments, the asset management division of the commonwealth Bank of Australia.

Educas

Advised the UK investment fund Educas focused on the education sector on its acquisitions of Amos business school (sport management), the Institut Européen de Tourisme et d'Hôtellerie (European Institute of Hospitality and Tourism).

ECV

Advised AD Education on the acquisition of ECV, a major group of art and design schools and the structuration of a new management package in the context of the acquisition of one of ECV's shareholders of minority interests in AD Education group.

Joint venture IDI

Advised on a joint venture between IDI and Franco Compania Naviera SA, relating to the acquisition and operation of bulk carrier vessels.

School acquisition

Advised on several acquisitions of specialised private schools in the higher education sector, privately controlled by investment funds or natural persons.
