- Acquisition of Europe's largest shopping centre - advised St. Martin's Property Group on syndicated facilities for the two-stage acquisition of Istanbul's Cevahir shopping centre, which is Europe's largest.
- LoveFilm International - acquisition by Europe's leading DVD rental subscription service of Amazon Europe's DVD rental business in the UK and Germany. The transaction involved substantial TUPE issues.
- UW Acquisitions - acting in connection with its acquisition of the Unwins off-licence chain.
- Moët Hennessey UK, Moss Bros, J Lindeberg fashion - advised on a variety of employment related matters.
- Kookai/Vivarte - acted for well known high street brand Kooka? S.A. and advised its parent Vivarte in proceedings for trade mark infringement against the master franchisee for the brand's UK operations. Subsequently advised on defending a counterclaim for breach of the franchise agreement. Also advised Vivarte on anti-counterfeiting matters in respect of the well known "KOOKAI" brand.
- Guangzhou shopping centres - acting for the proprietors of two shopping centres in Guangzhou, China in relation to its admission to the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange.
- LVMH Fashion – advised on anti-counterfeiting work relating to the luxury brand FENDI, including on customs seizures and criminal prosecutions brought by Trading Standards against counterfeiters throughout the UK.
- EBT Mobile China - acted for Evolution Securities on the admission to AIM of Chinese mobile phone retailer EBT Mobile China Plc.
