- Financial services arm of a major German conglomerate - advising on the most appropriate vehicle to provide insurance benefits to its workforce in China in the context of the regulatory and compliance environment.
- Hong Kong Government entity - advising on the Hong Kong and US law aspects of the novation of its reinsurance business, drafting deeds of novation, obtaining section 25D approval from the Hong Kong Insurance Authority and advising upon regulatory and capital security issues.
- MMA Insurance plc - acting on its £54 million acquisition of the Swinton Group of retail insurance brokers.
- Multinational insurer - advising in connection with its insurance agency relationships, data protection and confidentiality issues, agency agreements, service standard agreements, business process outsourcing agreements and product agreements.
- Munich Re - acting on its joint venture with Bell & Clements Limited to underwrite primary insurance business.

- The Shipowners Mutual Protection and Indemnity Association (Luxembourg) - advising the association and its UK subsidiary in relation to reinsurance and structure.
- US insurer - acting in connection with the closure of the Hong Kong branch of a subsidiary, the surrender of that subsidiary's authorisation, registration and authorisation of the Hong Kong branch of another subsidiary for run-off purposes.
