Xianming is the managing partner of Wei Tu Law Firm*. His experience covers asset finance and general banking and finance work. He advises banks, shipyards, shipowners and leasing companies on PRC-related issues of ship financing, shipbuilding, ship leasing and other relevant transactions in the maritime sectors and also handles other general banking and finance work.

CEPA (Closer Economic Partnership Arrangement) is a free trade agreement concluded between Mainland China and Hong Kong.
