An associate in the commercial litigation department based in London, Will acts for clients on a wide variety of complex, multi-jurisdictional disputes. He currently has a particular focus on banking litigation and litigation connected to arbitration proceedings.

Will's work encompasses High Court and Court of Appeal litigation, arbitration and regulatory investigations. He is a commercial and pragmatic lawyer and works closely with a variety of third parties including barristers, foreign lawyers and experts.

Much of Will's experience is international in nature. His recent matters have involved connected litigation in jurisdictions as varied as the USA, Nigeria, France, the Netherlands, Guernsey and Zambia. His international experience includes acting both for and against African, Middle Eastern and European governments.
