Tim is an associate in the commercial litigation practice group, with a particular focus on aviation litigation.

Tim has experience of advising on a variety of contentious matters in the aviation sector. In particular, he advises on redelivery disputes, repossessions and disputes concerning the financing and leasing of aircraft.

He also advises on regulatory developments at international and domestic level, including disputes relating to state aid and passenger rights. He works for a broad spectrum of international clients, encompassing aircraft lessors and lessees, together with insurers and financiers.

Representing aircraft lessors in redelivery disputes and disputes concerning the maintenance of aircraft.

Acting for aviation insurers in respect of disputes over coverage.

Acting for airlines in respect of passenger claims brought pursuant to Regulation (EC) No 261/2004.
